What to expect at your service appointment
- Check-in. Pull into the service drive on Wall Avenue. A service advisor confirms the work you booked and asks about anything else you've noticed.
- Inspection. A factory-trained technician completes your service and a multi-point inspection of brakes, tires, belts, hoses, lights, and wipers.
- Updates and approval. If the technician finds something beyond the work you booked, your advisor explains it and gives you an estimate. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
- Pickup. Your advisor walks you through what was done and what to plan for at your next visit.
What to bring
- Your keys, including the wheel-lock key if your wheels have locks.
- A short list of any noises, warning lights, or problems, and when they happen.
- Any recall or service notice you received in the mail.
- Your Young Auto Care or Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance details, if your vehicle has them, so your advisor can apply the included services.

Service appointments for Weber and Davis County drivers
Our service department is at 3333 Wall Ave in Ogden, a short drive from Riverdale, Roy, South Ogden, Washington Terrace, and North Ogden. Drivers from Layton and Hill Air Force Base can reach us by I-15. Weekday hours start at 7:00 a.m., so you can drop off your Hyundai before work, and Saturday appointments run until 4:00 p.m. Get directions to our service center.

Can I wait while my Hyundai is serviced?
Yes. Our waiting area has complimentary Wi-Fi, water, beverages, and snacks, and most routine services are done while you wait. For longer repairs, ask about your options when you book.
